Done-for-you scripts for busy leaders.

How to have the hard conversations with grace and ease

It's hard to find the right words to have a hard conversation.

Whether that's saying no to someone's request, dealing with a client concern, braving a big ask or navigating a tricky conversation with a team member, knowing what to say and how to say it is half the battle.

Every day I help my clients find the words to say what matters (it's why we record our coaching calls - they always go back to grab the words I used). And finding those just-right-words, especially when the stakes are high, can feel daunting and confusing.

Communicate like a PRO offers you a combination of my 13+ years of leadership and business coaching, mixed with my 25 years of communications experience. You get ALL the words I'd offer a client, in 80+ easy copy-and-paste templates to use when your words matter.

I've handpicked 80+ (and growing) scripts that are most common to busy leaders, whether you're an entrepreneur or a professional. Each script offers you language to use, and many also include optional add-on elements to adjust as per the situation. This script library is always growing, and you're welcome to submit a request to have me write a script anytime.

Stop struggling to find the right words.

  • Sample scripts (80+) to use and modify for your business communications

  • Perfect for entrepreneurs and professionals

  • Topics include: Saying no, difficult conversations, making pitches or asks, and client or colleague communications

  • PRO tips to customize for your situation

  • Easy-to-navigate Notion Hub that you can bookmark or duplicate for easy reference

I’m so happy you have taken the time to create these scripts. I believe the scripts are a much needed and value for any business woman on the move. I can think of many of time where it took me way too long to create an email to a colleague or client; and would have loved to have had these scripts at the time.

I have purchased your scripts and in the process of adding my own voice to them and having them ready when needed.

Meet your script writer, Stephanie Pollock

Hello! I'm Steph.

I'm a Leadership Coach, Podcaster, Speaker and Writer. I'm also the founder of LEAD.Well, a community of practice for women working to become better, braver leaders.

I spend my days helping entrepreneurs and executives navigate the ups and downs of leadership (at all levels), which often includes navigating sticky and tricky conversations.

This product was born out of hundreds of coaching sessions I've had over the years where clients have asked for my help finding the right words. They then say to me, "I don't know how you always know what to say. Thank you!" Communicate Like a PRO is a backstage pass to all those conversations and scripts I've shared with clients over the years.

Prior to running my own business, I worked in Public Affairs and Communications - both in the non-profit world for the Red Cross and the YMCA, and then later in the corporate world for a major energy company.

Communications is at the heart of everything we do as leaders and it can be a challenge to do it well when we're not practiced at it or we're short on time.

I hope these scripts will offer you a helpful jump start as you navigate the day-to-day situations and conversations ahead.

Happy Communicating!

Steph
